Default Range Rover with issues...Worth?

Alright let me start off by saying Hi .. and that I am not a Land Rover guy by any means, not to bash them or that I dislike them I have just never had any real interest in them and I know Absolutly NOTHING about them. I am a Suzuki Guy through and though as a matter of fact I am a moderator on a fairly large Suzuki bbs abd have come to know the value of a good forum all to well-lol.

With that being said:

Okay so here is the story I "inherited "this 1996 Land Rover Range Rover SE 4.0
I have no idea about Land Rovers and don't really have the time or need to get this thing on the road ( I already have enough projects with the Zuks), but I also have no Idea what to ask for it. any Input from anyone at all would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some of the features that I know of off of the top of my head:
Heck you guys already know it has all of this stuff - lol

4.0L Auto 4WD
Air Conditioning
Cruise Control
AM/FM Stereo/Cassette/CD Changer
Traction Control
Power Windows
Leather Interior
Power Door Locks

Might be worth about $1k, maybe more if you're willing to part it out.

P38's are not one of Rovers best trucks, the market is soft, so don't look to get much from it. The older 95 Clasic's are worth alot more then a P38.
