i have a question that i am hoping someone can assist me with. i have a 98 BMW 740iL that i have been told by mechanic needs a new MAF. This part for BMW is $499. I have done a bit of research online and read somewhere (but can't find it now), that i can use a MAF for 2002-2005 Range Rover 4.4 w/M62 engine to replace mine - which costs substantially less ($125-$130). Anyone hear heard anything about this or have any experience with this? The engine on my BMW is M62. Any thoughts/input would be greatly appreciated.
