Default Range rover sport 2013 questions

I got a new range rover sport today and there are things I don't understand..

1. Before starting the engine, if I press the brake 10~15 times, it gets heavy and the car won't start unless I put all my weight on it and push it further.

2. When the engine is running, and the gear stick in P/N, I hear a click on the stick when putting my foot on the brake.

3. after speeding the car tries to lock itself but fails, the lock stays open, I must lock it manually.

4. The security system is stupid, sometimes when I open the car from the doors or touch the button on the door handle, it start the noisy warning and won't stop until I start the engine.

The car is brand new, and driven < 100miles. It is not a big deal, but I want to know what should I do? The first service is after 7.4 miles / 6 months.

everything you are saying is normal. the first one is the normal braking on any vehicle when the vehicle is off, you exhaust the vacuum out of the master cylinder. The second one is normal noise, thats the design. The driveway locking is normal. Double check your settings and spend the day reading your owners manual. Number four is a chime, its designed to tell you the door is open.

Default Thinking of purchasing

I am in the process of purchasing a Range Rover Sport HSE 2013 plate. After reading reviews I am not sure this would be a wise move as there seems to be a lot of reviews stating that the RR is unreliable and very low scoring which was a surprise. It has 83,000 miles, a new cambelt fitted and MOT advisory worn bush. I would appreciate honest feedback.
