Yesterday I wanted to open the rear door (the one at the back of the car I mean) but only the upper part did open. The lower part didn't even though I heard a "click". After trying some time the "click" became less and eventually it faded completely. So the upper and lower part cannot be opened anymore and when I push the button there is no noise (click) to hear.

Because it uses the same fuse I tried the fuel "door" and it will open. So I don't know what to do next. Anyone has an idea? Thanks in advance!
