My 89 Classic needs a new alternator. I have narrowed it down between either a rebuilt Lucas or a Bosch (Marelli). It currently has a Lucas. Here are the ones I have found so far. Which one of these should be more reliable.

I have a 2000 4.0 I had the alternator replaced with a bosch heavy duty alternator and haven't had a single issue with it. So if thats any sort of recommendation there you go!
