Well I took apart the entire dash and replaced it all back (except glove box... still waiting on a sensor to come in), but that was a whole lot of work! I replaced the heater core and all 3 blend motors (very expensive now) and everything is working great... Just wanted to say thanks for the feedback I got from some of you guys... this forums is very helpfull along with the other rover sites.
