Hi fellow members, i have an 02 rr and its got 108k i already replaced the air springs and o rings on manifold earlier this year. The other day i made a real narrow u turn and i could hear the u joints kind of clunking. This would probably be beyond my capabilities to repair. Is there anything else I should replace at this time other than the joints and the boots I'm going to take it to a local shop, i have confidence in them, but there not rr experts and may not know what all needs to be replaced at this time. thanks for any advice, its always been very helpful in the past.

 

For one, make sure they know it's the axle CV joints and not the drive shaft u-joints.
