I own a Series II Discovery and have owned a couple Series Is in the past. I am possibly looking at the RR Classic as an additional vehicle and do plan to take it off the road often. I know the older Classics had the LT230 with the diff lock behind the 3.5 and the later ones that came with the 3.9 with the Borg Warner transfer case. Which is the better one for off road performance, reliability and strength?
