Default Flashing SRS Light, Front Pretensioners?

Hey Guys,
This AM my SRS light started flashing at me and I got the 'Airbag Fault' message. When I bought the truck, it had a solid SRS light, which was diagnosed as 'Found loose front pretensioners, installed dialectric grease, ok now' by the techs.

Could it be the same thing again? Where are the pretensioners? What is the difference between a flashing and a solid SRS light?

Thanks!!

Make sure the connections under the seat are all properly connected, that is usually the cause. Try hooking up an OBD scanner to it and see if it is throwing any codes.
