Default RR Classic Suspension Conundrum

I recently got a '95 LWB, so I'm selling my '95 SWB ... but, it seems the Arnott air shock bellows I replaced 2 years ago have gone bad [in the rear]. They are replacable under warranty but of course the labor isn't covered. I know they are a bear to put on and I won't be doing it myself so I'm guessing the labor is higher than the value of the bellows. So the question is ... do I pay to have the bellows replaced, or cough up the dough to convert to EMU? the compressor works great, truck has 99k miles. I know the kit is $400 ... any idea what the labor is to replace stock system? Does a conversion make it more likely I'll sell it for a reasonable amount?

Thanks in advance for your insights!!

Install them and keep the truck original.
