Strange License Plate Bulb in my 04 Range Rover
I have the License Plate Bulb warning and one of my bulbs is out so I finally decided to do something about it. I checked both and yes 1 is out but when I pulled the bulb it is different from the one at Land Rover, Advance Auto, Online. Land Rover dealer told me they never saw such a bulb. I am tempted to purchase the Land ROver bulbs today but they are almost twice as long and do not have the grooves mine do.
I have attached the bulbs pictures to this post. any help on where I can find these exact replacement bulbs would help, It says made in Hungary.
Small yet annoying message but appreciate the help. Love my Range Rover!!!

Unless my memory is completely F'd, isn't the plate bulb supposed to be #CZQ000010 12v/5watt Festoon style?
Bulb 12V 5 Watt License Plate Light (Genuine Part # CZQ000010 ) - Land Rover bulbs from Atlantic British

Unless the bulb socket looks like this > https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...FY-JaQod4UkA3w the Festoon style bulb will NOT work.
The bulb base you have is mini bayonet style & almost looks like this > Light Bulb License Plate Lamp (5378 Same Fit As Part # 570822 ) - Land Rover bulbs from Atlantic British
Check the rest of the markings on your bulb, the base # could be there. Something like t2 or t3.
If you have to match the bulb from the OP go to NAPA and search "License Plate Light Bulb" and match it up. I looked, they have them.

Found License Plate Bulbs but still recieving the bulb error
So I managed to find the license plate light bulb for my 2004 Land Rover Range Rover at my Local Napa Store. The manager quickly knew he had the bulb and it costs $15 each. I previously removed both bulbs so it would not look like I had a light out. The bulbs fit and after restarting the car I still received the license plate bulb message and after checking the new bulb lights are out. I know they were previously both working.
Is it possible I may have blow a fuse or damaged something while driving for a month with no bulb in the sockets? I have had recent small electrical issues.... My car alarm going off at Random, and recent suspension inactive occurrences ( which I assume are the suspension and not electrical). Other than that not sure why the new bulbs are not illuminating and I'm still seeing that issue.
Any insight is much appreciated!
