Default Tires For Range Rover

I have 4 new Pirelli Tires on my range rover when i purchased it. I took it to the dealer trying to get the perferct ride. They used the road force balaancing system and now my ride is worst than it was before I brought the car in for balancing. I was told that Pirelli Tires are the worst and shuld not be used on Range Rovers. They told me they could not balance. Is this BS? Do I really need to get tires?

BS is correct.
Go to a good tire store, have them balanced uo, then go drive it, if there is still a problem have someone from the tire store ride with you. If they can't balance them ask to have the tires replace under Pirelli's warranty.
