Default Transmission fluid flush/filter replacement

I ordered a new transmission filter kit for my P38 and when it arrives, I would like to know what kind of ATF I should use. Normally I am not so cautious but, rovers are sometimes particular and its an expensive transmission...
That and I also bought some Lucas "Transmission Fix" in previous posts I stated my transmission has been making some weird noises and I thought it might be worth a shot, considering my other option is to rebuild the transmission when it finally does break. It says it is compatible with any ATF so I would assume it is ok but, I want some advice and make sure I do not damage anything because as previously stated, its an expensive repair if I mess something up.

Thank you all so much for your advice!

RAVE has ATF Dexron III liste but a full synthetic should work too.

Should be fine with the additive. Whether it does what it claims or not you'll have to let us know.
