Today I had two warning indicators. One was about a light level issue (can't remember the exact text but it went away) and the other was the airbag warning light that stayed on when coming home from dinner.

I then saw a current model MKIII (just like my '07) broken down and obstructing traffic. As I mentioned in my other post about what will leave you stranded, this is exactly what concerns me with these cars.

Anyway, just when I was thinking that maybe I would buy outmy lease, today really made me reconsider. I hate paying all the extra money to lease but maybe it is worth it when taking all of this into account...

 

Like I said before, 2006 and up seem to be sound, but the 2003-2005 are another story altogether. Post when you know what the lights/faults are in your system and we will be able to help.
