Default uncontrolled idle at start up?

hey everyone,
my 98 hse has had this happen twice in 2 weeks where when it is first started it keeps reving higher and higher until i have to turn the ignition off and let sit for a sec then start up again and all is good. any ideas?

Throttle positions sensor seems like the culprit. I would start by cleaning the connections and doing a throttle body cleaning to see if that helps. Any other odd behavior?

LRScott is right... It sounds like the TPS..I know the car I bought has a distributor, may want to check that as well...
