its the air suspension if its the button i think your talking about. press it the opposite way to which your first pressed it or have a look to see if your range rover is looking taller or lower than normal, if it looks taller press the button down and if it looks lower press the button up to return to normal ride height

I believe you're in soft fault mode on your air suspension.
On my '96 RR, I opened the air compressor cover under the hood (bonnet) and tapped on the solenoids with a screwdriver handle. this unstuck the sticking valves.
(temporary fix @ best) & if that's your problem (it was on mine)
Has been fine for weeks.
The dealer may hook up to their testbook and "shuttle" the solenoids thereby charging you to do essentially the same thing - again probably temporary.
Don't despair - a good mechanic can remove and clean the solenoids if he/she knows what to do.
