Default What tires for 2002 RR?

There aren't a lot of tires available for the 2002 RR, and most are expensive.

I would like:

Something larger on the same rims
Something slightly more aggressive
Still quiet on the highway, I don't want to lose any ride quality, but would like to gain some off-road capability
Not too expensive if possible

Any suggestions on good tires for these vehicles, or ones to avoid?

THANKS!

[edit] Originals are 255/55 R18, I was thinking of going 255/60 R18, diameter goes up by one inch... Anyone tried this? My tires look stupid small... I'm looking at the Kumho Road Ventrure APT KL51.

I like the Toyo A/T open country. They're quiet, smooth, and good off road. Not too expensive either.

I have BFG A/T on my 2002 RR. You can't go wrong for the price. I put them on 16" black steel wheels, and I love them on and off road. I've had these tires on all sorts of vehicles and never been dissapointed.

Be careful about going bigger if you still have the stock air suspension. If you go bigger and something fails, you could end up resting on your tire. I went slightly bigger than stock, but converted to coil suspension.

I'll get some pics up once I figure it out.

You also might rub a bit when you hit some bumps while off roading.

Default 1" difference that much?

You guys think 1/2" on radius might be too much and will rub? Thanks.
