I was wondering of there are any pads for front and back I can purchase locally (aftermarket) that aren't so bad and will not make noise? I live in Houston
Also donu have to change the sensor each time you change the pads or can the old ones be reused?

Yes you need to replace the sensors every time and I would suggest you order on line thru Atlantic British for good brake parts at a fair price.
