Default 04 Discovery II Died randomly, then started back up

Hello,
First time posting, but hoping I could get some insight on a issues that came up today with my 04' Discovery. It randomly died while driving home today, the service engine light came on along with the oil light, and battery light. I was able to coast out of the way traffic. I tried to start it again and it would just crank and not turn over. I let it sit for 5 min and than it fired right back up and the warning lights were off I was able to drive it home with no problem. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a crankshaft position sensor.

It does sound like it may be the crankshaft position sensor coming loose. Not really sure on all the lights coming on though...

The lights came on because it stalled.

Does anyone know if heat causes the sensor to malfunction? It has stalled on me twice, but both times it was fairly hot outside. Thanks again.

Is that the only time that's happened?? while it was hot outside? it could be a heat sensitive malfunction.
