Default 2001 Discovery SE ACE Issue?

I was looking past the drivers side front tire on my 01 Discovery this morning and noticed some rubbing from part of the ACE system on the inside of the wheel well. Is there a chance something is loose or is this of any concern? I do have an ACE sytem that makes some noise around town.
Currently everything seems tight to my touch and sitting there is no contact between the two surfaces. I think I managed to upload a photo.

Let me know what you think, Brett
Appreciate it.
