Default 97 disco head gasket

Im going to be replacing my head gaskets and front cover gasket and am curious what special tools i will need to accomplish this. I will be starting this in roughly two weeks so i can gather tools and parts. I am planning on changing out my timing chain and water pump but am curious what other things would be a good idea to replace. My rover has 126k.
Any help or suggestions would be great thanks !!!!!

Where will you be buying your parts, consider Atlantic British, Rover Connection or DAP as some of the better places.

Well a while back I found a import auto parts place and so far the parts have all been ok (looks like some hoses i bought had been sitting on the shelf for a while ). Everything so far has been stamped imported from england and the prices compared to most places online and dealership have been at least 15-20% cheaper. I bought a my water pump from them and it was only $56. Havent heard anything bad about them yet. The place is called halsey imports. Im just not sure what else would be a good idea to replace while i have it apart.
