2003 RR HSE heater panel dead
It's like someone killed the power to the whole panel controlling HVAC. Pulled it out and found black and white wire disconnected but connecting it didn't fix problem. Want to check fuses, etc. but lost owners manual. Anybody? Dealership wants 1200 for new panel.
