Help with sat nav replacement.

I have a replacement unit I’m trying to install.

I have taken the end panels and dash board off, undone the screws at the top of the unit holding the sat nav but cannot pull the thing out. Feels like it’s attached to the bottom. Anyone know if there are some more hidden screws or if anything else needs to come off. Watched a few videos online and it appears the unit should just lift out.

any suggestions?
