Hello all,

I am a GM tech attempting to remove the driver's side door lock assembly. Got the trim panel off-no problem.

Can see no access to inside of door. I see what appears to be an access plate with 6 bolts. The window regulator is attached with two small studs with nuts. If I remove the studs and bolts the window drops as does the regulator still not giving access to the inside of the door.

I see 2 or 3 silver torx on the white plastic regulator. Do I remove them to get access plate off? I have worked on about every make and model made and this one has me stumped.

At this moment with the trim panel off I see no access to the outer driver's door handle or lock.

Please help!!!!
