Question 2007 LR3 Nav, Radio, Blue Tooth problems

2007 LR3 HSE 189,000

So, I just bought this off a private sale. It seems to have a problem that I can find documented all throughout Google, but I can't find what the solution has to it ends up being.

Basically, the Navigation is stuck on the Land Rover symbol, the radio works, but no sound and no volume numbers, my Iphone 6s Plus does not recognize the blue tooth...

Not sure if this is related...but neither cigarette port or the auxiliary ports seem to work either...I do know that the person that sold it to me had an extra cigarette/auxiliary port part to plug in...but never said that this was a recurring issue. No, I have not checked the fuses for this problem yet.

I see all these old forum posts about the same exact thing...people talk about a problem possibly with the Amplifier causing issues with everything not just the radio.

So, before I need to cough up the money to go to a Dealership for possible reprogramming, does anyone know what the common problem would be that affects all of these things? I don't want them to say that the radio is bad, but when a new one gets put in, there is still no volume....etc.

Thanks for any help you can give and I did search this forum, but could not find the same issue.
