just curious if anyone else in here has had this issue with their LR2 and what the solution was??

Recently just had had the blower motor revamped because it was making an awful running noise. Picked car up drove home and next evening went out and car wouldn’t start. I had Engine system fault, Transmission fault and HDC fault messages come up in the little box and the brake pedal was really stiff. Next evening tried again and it started but engine light stayed on and engine system fault message was displayed in box.

So I drove it up to drop off at shop next evening and while backing in all the dash board lights came on and those fault messages and I couldn’t remove the key from the ignition. I tried turning it off but the interior lights were staying on and doors wouldn’t not lock.

5 days later shop calls and they think they’ve finally diagnosed the problem. The car thinks it’s been in a crash and has set off the crash mode?? I’ve never had a problem like this with it. Should I be concerned that it happened like couple days after I brought car home from having the dashboard roped out to replace blower motor??? Please any insight is welcome!!!!
