my mechanic and I have a problem that is baffling us on my 2010 LR4 air suspension in the front.
We changed Right Front strut since it had a puncture.
It didn’t raise when changed for a new one.
then we changed Compressor.
It didn’t raise.
Then we changed the front Cross Link Valve.
It didn’t raise
I took the LR4 (squatting) to a Specialist, and told me to change also Left Front Strut and possibly also the new Compressor, as well, since they burn easy when overworked (and apparently it takes little to overwork them)
today we changed the Left Front Strut, we ear the compressor working (did not change that yet) and the LR4 still does not raise its front (rear is up)
we run the computer, and pictures show what we saw.....
Does anyone have first hand experience with these suspensions? What can cause the front to not raise? If compressor is burnt, would we still ear it run?
We are baffled and confused
I have another Compressor, should I change it?
Would it be a suspension programming issue?
How to eliminate options in order to figure out the problem?
Hello guys,
i am facing similar issue. 2014 LR4 I have been getting "normal ride height" messages for a while but today she slammed to the ground and has gone to limp mode. I pulled compressor and tested by supplying power and it runs, i tested relay also. Is there a fault like this if the drier is jacked? is an AMK compressor. not sure why a bad drier would allow all 4 bags to totally deflate as they are on valves.
thanks in advance
