Hello,

I bought a used 2011 LR4 “as is” with a non functional infotainment system. The Land Rover logo stays on the screen the entire ride, but I cannot get any audio to play and the backup camera doesn’t either.

I disconnected and reconnected the battery in an attempt to reset the computer, but no luck.

Has anybody had this problem and come across a solution other than taking it to a LR dealer for service?
