Hey everyone. I could really use some help with this.

Recently got this Discovery sport and one night I went to get in it and noticed the running/low beam headlights where not on. I tried the **** on the blinker arm but they still would not turn on. My brights work and the (not sure if this is the right name) fog lights are working as well.

I have tired replacing bulbs and I’ve checked every fuse I can find. None are looking or testing bad.

I am at a utter lose on what could be the issue and could really use some help.
