Default 300 tdi engine trouble

hi everyone looking for some help my dads discovery just cut out the other day and when we tried starting it we noticed the pipe coming fron the turbo was sucking in and cosing it to stop we have replaced the intercooler and the egr control unit but the problem still remains if any one else has had this problem could they let me know how they fixed itthanks danny

Can you clarify what you mean about the 'pipe coming from the turbo' please? Do you mean the intake piping or the high pressure side of the turbo?

FWIW - the EGR system on the 300Tdi isn't worth keeping - you'll get better mileage and more power for the same amount of fuel used if you blank it off. There are kits available to do this from most of the online Land Rover spares people in the UK.
