I have a 2004 Discovery and like everyone, I'm sure, the Valve Cover Gaskets are leaking. This is a poor design with only 4 bolts on each Valve Cover and a rubber gasket that absorbs oil and expands. Has anyone found an alternative to the rubber gasket? If not, has anyone tried coating the gasket or using an adhesive? My gaskets are actually bulging out. I tightened the bolts but the gaskets are deformed. Too many miles run loose.
