Greetings, New here andmy brakes make a grinding noise [:@]and kind of act like they slip when I go down hill. I let off of them and apply again and it stops but then will do it again. My dad gave me the 94 Dis and I know nothing about it. It also only gets 8 mpg. I need help on gas mileage. Can't afford to drive[&o]. Linda
