I need help or advice anything at this point because I have changed out the rear drive shaft twice the flange keeps messing up and the bolt falls out causing serious problems.. nobody wants to give me advice of how to convert an old drive shaft to a new one... I don't know what to do the the flange keeps messing up on every drive shaft that is put on my land Rover discovery and I don't know what to do to have this issue resolved because installing another flange is out the question because I don't know how to fix it and I don't know how to convert it over to a new drive shaft im so lost with these types of vehicles but if someone out there can please help me out on what to do I would appreciate any help thank you This is my current situation and I desperately need advice on what to do because it's my second driveshaft part and didn't last two weeks before the flange differential part went out someone please help me
You should ask this in the Discovery I section of the forum. That is definitely not how those bolts should be mounting -- I would consider that unsafe to drive.
