Okay, tire is off, caliper is seperated, lock washer is off, 5 bolts are out and I'm stuck. Do I need a puller of some type to pull the rotor off? I need to have this rotor turned today so any suggestions would be very helpful.

Got it! Knocked the crap out of the smaller 5 bolt part and it came off exposing the large nut(s) holding the rotor on. First one took an hour and a half, the other side took 25 minutes.
