My Disco 98 wouldn't start so I'v justfitted in a new fuel pump into the car but it still won't start. I was thinking since my fuel level shows less than a quarter tank full, that maybe I should fill more fuel???
I was also thinking that maybe the new fuel pump is defective. Is there any way i can test it, maybe with a volt meter??
