After market windshield

is it necessary to replace my disco 1 99 unheated windshield with an lr or is after market ok?

Aftermarket is fine.

Like spike said, aftermarket is fine. However, if you had a heated windshield, chances are the aftermarket one won't have the elements inside of it, thus eliminating the heated windshield.
