Default air suspension querry

hi, this is just a general question about a land rover or range rover with air suspension.

what does it mean when the vehicle is sitting on all four bump stops, the engine is on and you can hear the air compressor pump working but the vehicle is not rising to the specified ride height.
could it be that there is a leak in the air reservoir, so no air is getting to the struts and therefore the vehicle is not rising.

what would be a suitable method of diagnosis and subsequent repair procedure.

also what procedures could i carry out to maintain this system.

thanks alot for your help. cheers

You will not be able to diagnois it your self, need the proper scanner to access the ECU. Find a shop and let them read the codes get an estimate and then get back to us.
