Really need one or a way to somehow clean mine. I'm on a budget

 

Use a Catco 6905. You can pick them up cheap from places like Summit Racing. You really don't want to buy and reuse a 20 year old cat. It's worth more recycling. If your cat has anything left in it make sure you get it back from whomever installs the replacement. You can probably sell it to a scrap yard and get back a good bit of the cost for the Catco.
