Aqua Sports Carrier replacement parts

Aqua Sports Carrier replacement parts
So I ordered an Aqua Sports carrier from online, but the box ripped open and I'm missing one of the straps. My question is, should I just return the whole thing or can you buy the individual parts separately? Would any old ratchet strap work?

Found my answer on my own after a few unhelpful calls to Thule and LR.
Thule Locking Straps (13 ft) 831 - Thule
Seem nearly identical, just have to eat the $80.
