Default Auxilery lights

My Rangie 93 has fog lights fitted but they only work on main beam! eh. Just bought some wipac driving lights does anyone know which wire I change on the dip stalk so they work on dip beam? I have read that an American guy had a solution to this but I cannot get hold of the guy any more.

If wired into your current system, they will only come on at low beam, it is against the Federal and most State laws to run them along with your high beams.
