Default bent rear bumper/hitch help

So been putting off repairs Trying to get motivated to work on the d1 now that the sports cars are sorted

Last year when we were wheeling with our local club I banged the received hitch hard several times on rocks to the point the rear door drags bad and the trailer hitch was hard to get back in the received so I am guessing we bent the hitch and rear cross member up a tad

Short of me going to pay a body shop to fix on a frame rack any ideas?

Get a real long bar and some chain.... and get a hunk of tubing that fits in the hitch and is real long (for leverage) and bend away!!

My D1 has the same problems but it is on either side, kind of looks like a smile. I am thinking about an aftermarket rear bumper. or getting some steel and building my own.

Yeah I. Was thinking solid 2" bar in receiver and 20# sledge maybe rear frame on blocks so suspension does not absorb the hits

Probly only needs to move 1/4" or so
