bleeder screw leak

Default bleeder screw leak
I changed my master cyl. and everything went well. After bleeding, 3 of the bleed screws are leaking. I have never had this happen before. It is not coming from the treads but it looks like out of the hole on the screw. Is there replacement bleed screws or any tips? Thanks in advance!
