Default brake problem, need input!!

Hi! I have a 1995 Land Rover,LWB which has a bad problem w/ the brakes rendering the truck unusable. When braking the pedal pulsates, not like warped rotors, but severe pulsations and very poor braking. can anyone help me with this problem.. Thanks for looking and your input..

Could be a combination of a bad accumulator and a ABS glitch. I am thinking if you don't have a lot of experience in working on them, it would be wise to get a mechanic fix it.
