Default Can't figure out this cut cable, o2 sensor?

Hello everyone, just bought a 96 disco 1 and have been going through and fixing everything trying to get it running. This is my first land rover, and first restoration project, so even though Im not new to wrenching this is a new experience for me. Anyways, I need to replace the front 2 o2 sensors and cant seem to find where the drivers (North America driver) side o2 sensor plugs into, and then on the passenger side I cant seem to find it either, but I did find a cut cable that I believe is the harness end of the o2 sensor where it should plug into since it appears to have 4 wires the same colours as the o2 sensor (the previous owner had his cats cut out and stolen, which he replaced, so i think its logical that the thieves cut the wire to get it out). I attached a picture with it labeled to see if anyone can help me out, thanks in advance!

Also, for some reason the pictures are out of order, but in the first picture it looks like there should be a hose attached to the top connector but there isnt, does something connect to this?
