Change Fuel Filter
G'day All,
I'm new to the forum, so apologies if this has been done to death.
I own a 1997 Disco 300Tdi. I want to do a few 'Noddy' servicing procedures myself to save my hard earned dollars. Changing the fuel filter looks a good candidate; however I'd like to know if changing the filter will require the fuel system to be 'primed' before engine start.
Any advice?

Welcome to the forum.
On my car, a diesel all I have to do is fill the fuel filter up with
new diesel or a diesel treatment and start it.
If its cold out the diesel will not flow well so do it when its warm.
LOL
Mike.
