Default Coolant Leak on 03 RR

I recently had a coolant level low light come on about a month ago and i took it in and had the water punp replaced. Now i'm getting the same message and when i look under the truck the coolant is all running out hard from the center of the truck closer to the passenger side behind the front tire... It was making a hissing noise???? Any suggestions??

Can't tell from the pictures. By the way that green coolant shouldn't be used in your Rover, check your manual, I believe you are supposed to be running Dexcool.

Ive checked the oil stick and no signs of any residue other than straight oil......but i did see a line that seems to be leaking....Looks like the line has a sensor that is attached to the end of it...Not sure what it is but in the pictures above its the picture to the right...That black hose/line that can be seen pluggd into something.
