D3 serpentine belt

My aircon pump on my 2007 D3 had died and im trying to work out if i can buy a shorter belt and bypass it.Any one done this and know what length belt i need.

cut the old belt run the desired routing mark it and measure. Local auto parts store should be able to square you away with a belt when you provide the measurements
