Defender Bulkheads - can they be interchanged?

Defender Bulkheads - can they be interchanged?
I'v got an 1989 Defender 90 TD. and i'v put an old 3.5 Rover V8 in it with a Discovery 1 manual gearbox in it. My original bulkhead fits over it but its completly rotten and it needs replacing. Will any Defender bulkhead simply bolt on to this chassis and around the V8 bellhousing?
