HI I HAVE A 2001 SE7 , WHEN I SWITCH OFF THE MOTOR THE REAR OF THE CAR GO'S DOWN, IS THIS NORMAL, WHAN STARTED UP IT GO'S UP TO NORMAL HIGHT IS THIS THE NORN OR MY THERE BE A PROBLEM

You need to get it into a Rover shop or the delaer and have them check for SLS fault codes, may be something as simple as having the system reprogramed. Don't continue to drive it this way for long or you will burn out the cobtrol unit, BIG $$$$$
