can you fit a transfer box with diff lock on any 1994 land rover discovery

 

Yes. You can fit a LT230 on any Range Rover or Discovery from 1970 to 2004. They can all be fitted with a lock, but the factory omitted it on a few of the last D2's until they resumed fitting them in 2004. All the 94's would have had them from the factory. All Discovery 1's have them unless they've been removed.
